YouTube channel URLs and business information you submit for analysis

Your data is stored securely on servers provided by Render Inc. (United States) and PostgreSQL database services. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

Encrypted storage of passwords using industry-standard hashing
Regular security reviews and access controls
While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.
4. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Specifically:
Account data — retained for the duration of your account plus 90 days after deletion
Diagnostic reports — retained for 12 months, then anonymised
Payment records — retained for 7 years as required by Indian tax law
Support communications — retained for 2 years

8. Children's Privacy
Anumyra is not directed at children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
9. International Users
Anumyra is operated from India. If you access our Platform from outside India, your data may be transferred to and processed in India and other countries where our service providers operate. By using the Platform you consent to this transfer.
For users in the European Union, we comply with GDPR requirements. For users in California, we comply with CCPA requirements.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on our website. The date at the top of this policy indicates when it was last updated.
11. YouTube Data — Access, Storage, and Deletion
What YouTube data we access:
When you connect your YouTube account to Anumyra via Google OAuth, we request read-only access to the following data through the YouTube Analytics API (yt-analytics.readonly scope):
Channel statistics: subscriber count, total views, video count, channel age
Video performance metrics: views, watch time, impressions, click-through rate (CTR), average view duration per video
Traffic source breakdown: how viewers discover your videos (Browse, Search, Suggested, Subscriber feed, External)
Subscriber gain and loss data per video upload
This data is used exclusively to generate your Recover Blueprint diagnostic report and your Anumyra Monitor performance dashboard. We do not sell, share, or license your YouTube data to any third party. We never post, modify, or delete any content on your YouTube channel.
How long we store YouTube data:
We store your YouTube analytics data for as long as you maintain an active Anumyra account, or for a maximum of 36 months from the date of your most recent audit, whichever is sooner. After this period, your data is permanently deleted from our systems.
How to request deletion of your stored YouTube data:
To request deletion of all YouTube data Anumyra has stored about your channel, email legal@anumyra.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request and your registered Anumyra email address. We will permanently delete all stored data within 30 days and confirm deletion by email.
How to revoke Anumyra's access to your YouTube account:
You can revoke Anumyra's access to your YouTube data at any time, without contacting us, through your Google Account security settings at:
https://myaccount.google.com/connections?filters=3,4&hl=en
Find Anumyra in the list of connected applications and click Remove Access. This immediately stops any future data collection. To also delete data already stored, follow the data deletion process above.
YouTube API Services compliance:
Anumyra's use of YouTube API Services is governed by the YouTube API Services Terms of Service. Your use of Anumyra in connection with YouTube is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy.
