1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Anumyra ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") at anumyra.com, you ("User", "you", "your") agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.
2. Description of Service
Anumyra is a digital consultant platform for solopreneurs running digital businesses. Our services include:
Anumyra 3AM — a four-phase methodology delivered as software: Analyze (free diagnostic reports using public API data), Audit (deep diagnosis using authorised account data), Adapt (specific 90-day action plans), and Monitor (continuous tracking with daily refresh and weekly briefs)
Anumyra 3AM for YouTube — currently launching first; for YouTube creators evaluating, growing, or repositioning their channels
Future verticals (Anumyra 3AM for Shopify, Anumyra 3AM for Courses, Anumyra 3AM for Local Digital Businesses) — coming in subsequent releases
Analyze reports, prescription scoreboards, weekly briefs, and actionable recommendations delivered through your account dashboard
All analysis is based on publicly available data accessed through official APIs including YouTube Data API. We do not access private account data without explicit OAuth authorisation from the user.
3. Free and Paid Plans
Anumyra offers the following service tiers:
Free Plan: 3 lifetime Analyze reports. No credit card required. Subject to daily platform limits.
New Entrant Package: $29 USD per month launch pricing (then $49 USD per month after the launch period) for solopreneurs starting or validating a niche. Billed monthly.
Anumyra 3AM for YouTube: $49 USD per month launch pricing (then $99 USD per month after the launch period) for YouTubers with an active channel. Includes the full Analyze + Audit + Adapt + Monitor loop with daily refresh and weekly briefs. Billed monthly.
Launch pricing is honored for the duration of an active subscription started during the launch period, until cancelled. Anumyra reserves the right to modify pricing for new subscribers and to modify pricing for existing subscribers with 30 days notice. Annual plans may be introduced at a later date.
4. User Accounts
To access paid features you must create an account. You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Providing accurate and current information during registration
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and purchase a paid subscription. You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent free tier limits.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Platform in an automated manner
Share your account credentials or reports with third parties for commercial purposes
Use the Platform to generate reports for resale or commercial redistribution without written permission
Attempt to circumvent rate limits, credit limits, or access controls
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Anumyra Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and AI-generated reports — are owned by Anumyra and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The Analyze reports, Audit findings, prescription scoreboards, and briefs generated for your specific channel or business are provided for your personal or internal business use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell these reports without written permission.
The Anumyra name, logo, and brand identity are registered trademarks. Anumyra™ — Application No. 7779528, Class 42, filed 9 June 2026.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy available at anumyra.com/privacy. By using the Platform you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.
We access YouTube channel data through the official YouTube Data API v3. This data is publicly available and does not require channel owner authorisation for public channel analysis. For private analytics access, explicit OAuth authorisation is required.
8. Third Party Services
Our Platform integrates with third-party services including YouTube Data API (Google LLC), Anthropic AI API, Stripe Inc. for payments, and others. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
The Analyze reports, Audit findings, or prescriptions will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose
Any specific business outcome will result from following our recommendations
Our reports are analytical tools based on available data. They are not financial advice, investment advice, or guaranteed business outcomes. You use our analysis at your own discretion and risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anumyra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Platform.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting billing@anumyra.com.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide 30 days notice via email for material changes. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. YouTube API Services
Anumyra uses the YouTube API Services to access your YouTube channel data for the purpose of generating diagnostic reports and monitoring dashboards.
By connecting your YouTube account to Anumyra, you acknowledge and agree that your use of YouTube API Services through Anumyra is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.
Your use of YouTube API Services through Anumyra is also governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
Anumyra's access to your YouTube data is read-only. We never post to, modify, or delete any content on your YouTube channel or account.
