1. Our Commitment
We believe in the quality of our product and stand behind it. If you are not satisfied with the Anumyra Intelligence subscription for any reason, we offer a straightforward refund process with no unnecessary questions.
2. Pro Subscription Refunds
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee:
New Intelligence subscribers are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of their first payment, no questions asked. To request a refund within this window:
Email billing@anumyra.com with subject line "Refund Request"
Include your registered email address and reason for cancellation (optional)
We will process your refund within 5-7 business days
Refunds are returned to the original payment method
After 7 Days:
After the 7-day window, we do not offer refunds for the current billing period. However:
You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your current billing period
You will not be charged for subsequent months after cancellation
If you experience a technical issue that prevented you from using the service, contact us and we will review your case individually
3. Free Plan
The Free Plan is provided at no cost. There are no refunds applicable to free tier usage.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
We will consider refund requests outside the standard 7-day window in the following circumstances:
You were charged in error or experienced a duplicate charge
A technical failure on our platform prevented you from accessing the service for more than 72 consecutive hours
You were charged after submitting a valid cancellation request
For exceptional circumstances, email billing@anumyra.com with details of your situation and supporting information. We will review and respond within 3 business days.
5. How to Cancel Your Subscription
You may cancel your Intelligence subscription at any time through one of these methods:
Account Settings — log in to anumyra.com, go to Account → Subscription → Cancel
Email — send a cancellation request to billing@anumyra.com
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full subscription access until that date. We do not charge cancellation fees.
6. Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe Inc. Refunds are issued through Stripe and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer. We do not store your payment card details.
7. Disputed Charges
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us at billing@anumyra.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving billing issues quickly and directly. Unresolved chargebacks may result in account suspension.
8. Annual Plans
If annual subscription plans are offered in future, they will be eligible for a prorated refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable but you may cancel to prevent renewal.
